Arrival Transfer: 

Upon arrival at the airport, after customs clearance, please look out for our local representative who will be waiting for you, holding a signboard with your name on it and you will be escorted to vehicle, Our representative will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after the actual touch down of your flight. If you cannot locate our representative, Please call our hotline : +6686 339 4174-75.

Luggage allowance for each passenger is one large bag and one hand-carry bag. If you bring extra luggage which cannot fit in the vehicle, you will need to cover any additional costs incurred in transferring the extra luggage.

MYR6.00 will be chargeable for excess baggage and MYR11 for bulky baggages, e.g. boxes, golf-set, etc.


* A midnight surcharge of MYR 13.50 per person per way is applicable for transfers performed between 2200 hours to 0700 hours Malaysia Local Time.

* Any pick up/Drop off from The Datai / The Andaman / Tanjung Rhu Resort / Four Season Langkawi. Surcharge MYR 60 per adult & MYR 40 per child. (*** All surcharges must be paid to the driver upon arrival / pick up)

Departure Transfer: 

For your departure hotel to airport transfer, please confirm the departure pick up time with our representative on arrival. On departure, please wait at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick up time for your return airport transfer. 

If you have not been informed of the departure pick up time, please call our hotline : +6686 339 4174-75 one day before departure.


All our tours and transfers are conducted by driver cum guide and NOT with a driver and a guide separate.

Multiple stops for one passenger will not be allowed.

Request for delivery of unaccompanied luggage will not be allowed.

Un-utilised transfers are non-refundable.

Driver’s Tip is not included and it is at your discretion.

Please note that scheduled timing are subject to traffic conditions.

       Terms & Conditions:

  • Customer name entered in the booking form to follow passport.
  • For entry visa and transit visa, passports should have a minimum of 6 months validity after completing the journey.
  • It is the customer responsibility to obtain all Entry Visa or Transit Visa.
  • It is customer responsibility to check carefully for any errors made in the booking details, flight itineraries and travel vouchers immediately upon getting them.
  • Please pay attention to the billing currency indicated on the package. Billing currency would be the currency in which you will be billed in.
  • Prices are subject to surcharges during Peak season and Holiday season.
  • Hippo On Tour staff provides advisory information but do not undertake any responsibility whatsoever for any changes of information.
  • Prices and ticketing conditions are subject to change without prior notice before issuance of travel voucher.
  • Prices are not guaranteed until travel vouchers are issued and full payment has been received.
  • Hippo On Tour reserves the right to cancel any bookings
  • Any cancellation /amendment will be subject to charges. Please refer to Hippo On Tour Cancellation/Amendment Policy.
  • All packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Any amendment after travel vouchers have been issued will be considered as a cancellation of the existing booking. Cancellation charges will be applied accordingly. Please refer to Hippo On Tour Cancellation Policies.
  • Email address must be correctly furnished. As a customer, you agree to accept email as a means of communication and delivery of Travel vouchers and confirmation of your booking. In doing so, you agree not to hold www.hippoontour.com liable for any non-receipt of travel voucher or email confirmation.
  • As an additional measure to protect our customers, www.hippoontour.com may request for photocopies of your credit card (back and front) and a Credit Card Authorization Payment Form to exclude the possibility that the card is being used by a third party, even after payment has been made. As a customer, you agree to cooperate and provide the necessary documents to www.hippoontour.com if such a need arises.
  • Tickets are not to be used for touting purpose.
  • Tickets are sold for foreign and inbound visitors to the park.
